As a core product category, our razor barbed wire fencing systems primarily consist of two configurations: standard razor barbed wire and concertina coil variants. The blades are precision-manufactured from either corrosion-resistant galvanized steel or high-grade stainless steel substrates. For enhanced structural integrity, dual-strand configurations can be secured with reinforced clamping mechanisms, achieving superior tensile strength. In order to install a razor concertina fencing needs razor barbed wire and other items. There is a fencing example:
- Concertina barbed wire: 750 mm Dia.
- Barbed wire.
- Fabric: 3.76/4.88 mm, 3 m high, mesh 50 mm × 50 mm coated.
- Brace rail pipe; 89.9 mm, 4 m high length coated epoxy green.
- Line post: hollow section 100 × 100 × 4 × 3000 mm with base plate and top cover (post cap) coated.
- Double arm 50 × 50 × 5 mm each 500 mm long with 6 notches (epoxy angle plated).
- Tie wire: 2.5 mm / 3.76 PVC coated.
- Base plate 300 × 300 × 6 mm with epoxy paint finish.
- Slats.
